Library of Congress (Library of Congress) & IU Central Library Cooperation
I.U's Central Library continues to pursue its activities with international cooperations. Working as a Turkish Language specialist in Egypt's Branch of Library of Congress, Enas Ruby visited our library to open up platforms paving the way for new collaborations. During the visit, areas of cooperation that could be established between I.U's Central Library with the Library of Congress was taken up. A preliminary agreement was reached on the exchange of publications reaching the Library of Congress and those coming to I.U' central library. Enas Ruby elaborated on the functioning of the Library of Congress and the status of libraries in Egypt. In addition, views have been exchanged on the problems faced in the cataloging of artifacts.
