STUDENTS from "BEYAZIT FORD OTOSAN PRIMARY SCHOOL" VISIT OUR LIBRARY

Beyazıt Ford Otosan’s Primary School students visit our Central Library.

The Beyazıt Sultan School, İstanbul's one of the first schools built in (1910) and    today’s BEYAZIT FORD OTOSAN PRIMARY SCHOOL  acquired by Istanbul University in 1973 to whose curriculum it continued to function as a supplementary body.

First-grade students of today's school functioning as a primary school made a visit to our library accompanied by their teachers to learn about how to use the library in to improve the reading skills.

Our students with whom we toured the whole library and to whom we offered information were really interested. They asked very pertinent questions on the library. Students roaming the reading room chatted with elder university students there posing for photos.  The students also visited the Barrier-free Information Center saying that they want to read books for people with disabilities when they grow up.

Students who visited Central Library Director Dr. Pervin BEZİRCİ in her office carried out book reading activities together.

Then, presented with their story books students headed back to their school joyfully as they came.
