Wiley Writer Seminars Publishing in International Academic Journals: A Step by Step Guide
"AUTHOR SEMINAR" was organized with the cooperation of Istanbul University Central Library and Wiley Publishing House on December 7, 2016 at İÜ Theology Faculty ‘s Conference Hall, at: 10.00-12.30 with the participation of 250 academics.
The opening speech of the Workshop was made by the Director of the Central Library Dr. Pervin Bezirci who talked about the innovations and activities of the Central Library on education and research in universities.
Speaking later, Wiley Journals Publishing Turkey, Northern Cyprus, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan Regional Manager Duygu Pacalı delivered a speech about the location and usage statistics of publishing houses in Turkey and around the world.
Wiley Journals Publishing Editor, Peter Creaton, answered the questions on hints of writing scientific articles and points to be considered in publishing articles in scientific journals.
At the cocktail held during the meeting, participants Peter Creaton, Duygu Paçalı and Dr. Pervin Bezirci took some questions.
Workshops and seminars supporting the users of İstanbul University Central Library will continue with specialized publishing houses.
