Library Orientation Training Program has been implemented.
An orientation program was organized on 16-27 October 2017, aiming to inform students about the library services, rules and possibilities of new students to our university and to make them benefit from library resources effectively.
During the orientation trainings attended by approximately 1200 students from various faculties; General information about the Central Library, reader services, digitization department, barrier-free information center, electronic resources and technical devices (scanners, etc.) were introduced. In addition, visiting groups paid a visit to our Rare Books Library to learn about valuable rare works and works carried out in the collection.
We wish success to all our students hoping that their interest for the library will never diminish.
