Prof. Dr. Nabi Avcı, Minister of Culture and Tourism, pays a visit the Rare Books Library of Istanbul University on June 17, 2017 under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmut Ak and Prof. Dr. Uğur Derman making detailed reviews on the works and the projects carried out. The first meeting was held for a new project work.
