Springer Nature Writers Workshop has been carried out
Springer Nature Publishing House in cooperation with İstanbul University Library has taken place in the scope of the 54th Library Week on March 27, 2018 in Congress and Culture Center.
In the workshop, changes and current information on Springer Nature platform were briefed by Regional Licensing Manager Publisher's Mr. Şahin Giray providing information about their activities in Turkey. Giray has statistically shown the accelerations of the number of publications of our country researchers in Springer magazines over the years.
In the second and third part of the workshop; senior editor in charge of training seminars for authors and magazine editors to help improve publication output and quality. Nabil Khelifi informed about the process of publishing scientific researches and the ways authors should follow. The scientists shared experiences of making scientific publications with Springer Publishing. Khelifi, issues on the magazine selection and the letter of reference referring to the pressure points of sentence structures. Khelifi underlined that the ideas pointed out in the article should be emphasized. The workshop was concluded with the introduction of the participatory documents.
